Christmas is over; I took down the last decorations this morning. Now it’s time to fill that festive void by buying myself flowers to decorate the apartment with. I love the winter, I really do, but sometimes I just need a few pretty blossoms to keep me from getting too blue about the dirty and barren cityscape (snow helps too, but I have no control over snow…) I just brought home a bunch of tulips, and am transfixed by this lovely little mutant with two stems grown together into one.
